If starting new employment, an official offer letter must be supplied, and previous employment must be proven to be a minimum of 1 year on the job. • Complete a credit and background check, which incurs a $35.00 fee. • Pay a deposit once an application is approved. • Rental verifications of previous addresses will be completed for all applicants. • Submit all required documentation and pay the application fee to complete the application process.
Please note that applications are not considered complete until all required documentation and fees are submitted, and it will take at least 48-72 hours to process the application. Apartments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
