Large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom bottom half of a duplex. Enjoy a covered front porch, large room sizes, ample natural light and a kitchen with plenty of cabinet storage and countertop space. Large shared backyard. Tenant must provide and install window... units for air conditioning. The fridge and stove are included! There are washer and dryer hook ups in the basement for the tenant to use. Tenant to provide their own washer and dryer. Street parking only. There is additional street parking behind the house on McKnight Street.
Tenant Qualifications
Applicants' combined gross monthly income must be at least 3× the monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We conduct credit, criminal background, rental/eviction history, and reference checks.
A credit score of 600+ is required. Applicants with credit scores below 650 may be subject to additional approval conditions.
There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant (including cosigners). All adult occupants and cosigners must apply separately so each individual can be screened.
Tenant responsible for all utilities. Gas and electric to be in tenants name and paid directly by tenant. Water, sewage and trash are added to the monthly rental statement at a fixed price of $75/month per adult tenant. Well behaved pets will be considered, $250 non-refundable pet fee, $50 per month, per pet. No Smoking. Not a Section 8 approved property. Visit to apply or schedule a viewing!
