Includes three bedrooms: The green bedroom and red bedroom share a fully renovated bathroom on the second floor, as well as a beautiful shared office. The red bedroom... has its own private deck! The suite on the third floor includes a gorgeous bedroom up in the tree canopy and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. There's a laundry and storage room on the third floor as well. Not included are one locked bedroom and basement access. The first floor contains a third bathroom, a comfy living room, and a beautiful dining room, along with a large foyer and a fully renovated kitchen. A back deck and back yard provide ample space for outdoor dining and entertaining. A covered front porch overlooks the quiet, tree-lined street.
Copious free street parking out front should meet most parking needs. A private parking space in a covered carport in the back is also available as a $50/month option. The house is just 200ft from a bus stop with nonstop buses to Squirrel Hill (6 minutes away), CMU (12 minutes away), and Pitt (18 minutes away) via the 61A, as well as downtown and other destinations.
Right around the corner, on the same block, is the best coffee/tea house in Pittsburgh (Biddle's Escape) and the best bakery in Pittsburgh (Madeleine), as well as other quirky shops. The house is also just a 10 minute walk from Frick Park, as well as downtown Regent Square.
The bedrooms can be subleased as you wish. The suggested rental prices are $800 for the green room, $850 for the red room (including its private 2nd story deck), and $950 for the "Marigold Suite," which includes a private bathroom and more seclusion on the third floor, up in the tree canopy. Also, feel free to contact us if you are interested in renting just a single room. This charming but fully modernized house is perfect as shared living space for graduate students or young professionals.
