Not worth the money. 1 out of 5 elevators work most of the time. They told me they would be in and out of my appt in 45 minutes to add in new WiFi. They were in my apartment for 4 hours and left holes in my ceilings and walls. Plus dust and nails all over when they were done. One time I got locked out of my apartment and called over 20 times to be let in. No one answered and I had to sleep in one of the common areas. The people who work there are nice buts that's about it

For the past 2 years that I've lived here, I have felt very comfortable and I love my apartment. The amenities (such as the gym, the 7th floor community room, ad the music rooms) are very nice.

It's extremely hard to reach anyone in management through the phone or email, especially as everyone has billing issues with wrong charges etc. that requires a timely response from management. Charges are also ambiguous.

Overall, my experience living at Skyvue Apartment has been positive. The location is convenient, especially for commuting and daily errands, and the community is generally quiet and well-maintained. Management and maintenance staff are responsive and professional, and any issues I've had were addressed in a timely manner.

Any concerns following vendor work should be reported... directly to the office so they can be reviewed. After-hours emergency contact procedures, including lockout assistance, are posted and available to residents.
