Rear common entry is secure and there is an enclosed stairwell leading... to the apartment. Located in the Riverside Plaza on Rt. 30 in North Huntingdon (rear of lower building). Easy access to Pittsburgh, the turnpike, lots of shopping, and entertainment. Westmoreland transit park and ride is right up the street.
Rent requirements are gross monthly income 3x the rent amount. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing, applicants must pass a background and credit check. Tenant responsible for gas, electric, water, sewage and trash. Electric and gas to be in tenants name and paid directly by tenant. Water and sewage will be added to the monthly rental statement. Trash is fixed at $20/month.
