The Grant Street Renaissance apartments are comprised of five buildings in Turtle Creek with one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental units. All units are income-restricted, and Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) are welcome.

A $50 fee is required to apply, and a full month's deposit is required prior to move-in. Due to the required application process, MVI cannot provide immediate housing. A number of documents will need to be provided, and applications will only be processed once all required documentation is received.
