Valid government-issued photo ID required
Income must be at least 4x the monthly rent
A minimum of 1 year of employment (or proof of fixed income) is required *New employment must be supported by an offer letter and proof of 1 year of prior employment
$35 application fee per adult for credit and background check
A deposit must be paid at the time of application approval in order to secure the apartment
Rental history verifications will be completed on all applicants
Applications are not considered complete without the application fee and hold fee
Please note: All required documentation must be submitted before your application can be processed. Standard processing time is 24–48 hours. Apartments are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
