Ryan is a Pittsburgh native who started his career working in Finance at PPG. He worked in Cost Analysis at PPG’s largest manufacturing facility and then served as a SeniorInternal Auditor, managing teams of 2 to 5 people to conduct full-scope audits in 26 locations across 11 countries and 5 continents. During his time at PPG, he completed his first real estate renovation project and decided that real estate was his life’s passion, which led him to pursue a graduate degree in real estate at Columbia University. After graduate school, he helped to found Crown Realty Advisors, which brokered off-market commercial transactions, and designed, implemented, and managed a process to manage and sell over $25MM in commercial and residential foreclosed assets for Ameris Bank, a publicly traded bank in the Southeast. He began selling real estate in PA in 2010 and has since completed over $100 million in transactions. He has also built up a rental portfolio that includes properties in Pittsburgh's East End, Northside, and Southside, and at one time included as many as 10 short-term rentals. He received a B.S. in Finance at Penn State University and earned a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York City. His goal in all transactions is to always put the interests of clients first and to treat their transactions as if they were his own. His wife Heather is also a real estate agent and so they are partners in both life and business.
