Albion at Morrow Park has all of the amenities I was looking for: pool and exercise room, courtyard, easy trash disposal, fireplace, location, recently added a book club, and special events for residents.

Albion at Morrow Park is a great place to live in the Pittsburgh area. Location, amenities, maintenance, management, and community are all positive attributes.
Location - close proximity to both Pitt/CMU campuses, as well as Shadyside & Lawrenceville.
Amenities - complimentary coffee, sauna, pool, gym.
Maintenance - quick, kind, and attentive.
Management - professional, diligent, respectful.
Community - people are really nice overall.

Moving for school to this great location is a fantastic decision. The Pitt shuttle service conveniently runs right across the street, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
