Standard "luxury" apartment building. Walls are thin. Management is kind and helpful. Location is convenient.

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and have continued to love my decision to call Brewers home. The location is great, pricing is reasonable compared to surrounding apartments, and the amenities are nice. Also the staff has always been great to work with, particularly the assistant manager, T.J.

To preface this, The lease terms prohibit disparaging the property and this review provides a heads up to transplants. While taking a tour, please be vigilant and ask about responsiveness, community events, receiving packages, trash rooms on the weekends, snow removal and maintenance. Management team is relatively inexperienced. Please consider what matters most to you.
